Tsubaki Chain

Tsubaki is the world's largest chain manufacturer and Tsubaki chain is used by the world's quickest and fastest racers. Working with Kawasaki engineers and TEAM MUZZY, Tsubaki has developed unique chain designs that will stand up to the rigors of World Championship competition. These designs incorporate a shouldered bushing that reduces drag and friction. Tough, shot peened link plates connect solid rollers and quad staked pins. Specially designed O-rings are used to seal in vacuum injected high viscosity grease. These chains exceed all industry standards. The 520 OMEGA conversion (9,000 lb. Tensile Strength) is recommended for 600 and 750 Superbike and Supersport racing (order Renthal sprockets to match). The 530 SIGMA (10,600 lb. Tensile Strength) is recommended for 900 to 1400 cc Endurance, Drag and Sprint racing as well as stock high-performance applications.

Renthal Sprockets
Renthal sprockets are the standard of the industry. Long known for their off-road sprockets, Renthal also offers the highest quality sprockets for your sportbike. MUZZYS uses them on our World Superbike and Supersport bikes. Rear wheel sprockets are fully machined (not stamped) from 7075 T6 aluminum and hard anodized. The countershaft sprockets are machined from nickelchrome molybdenum steel. Sprockets are available in a full range of ratios, both 520 and 530 conversion.
