Muzzy Bolt-on and Slip-on
mufflers vary based on the design of the original equipment attachment.
On bikes where the mufflers bolts to a flange on the stock head
pipe, we design a billet aluminum end cap that will mate directly
to the stock flange. On bikes where the stock muffler is welded
to a removable mid pipe, we include a new mid-pipe that mates
to the stock header and fastens to our muffler with a standard
pinch bolt or springs. All our slip/bolt-on mufflers incorporate
polished billet aluminum end caps, and available muffler materials
are mirror polished oval stainless steel, brush finish titanium
and carbon fiber. In addition, on the Kawasaki ZRX a polished
round aluminum muffler is offered.
