ZX-12 Big Bore Kit Title Muzzys performance products announces a 1270 cc. Piston / Cylinder kit for the Kawasaki ZX-12.
The kit features a reliable 2.5 mm bore increase with 13.5:1 compression forged pistons, a pre-finished nickel silicon carbide composite plated cylinder, rings, pins, circlips, head gasket, and base gasket. Installation requires no machine work or special tools. 1 mm rings are used to reduce friction and flutter, adding to high RPM power.
The cylinder is offered on an exchange basis, with a core charge. To minimize delay Muzzys has ready-to-run cylinders in stock. Customers may send their cylinder with the order and the kit will ship immediately after inspection of their core or, if customers wish to pre pay the core charge of $695, they will be credited back upon Muzzys' receipt and inspection of their cylinder.

*Note: To be eligible for a core refund, all cores must be returned within forty-five (45) days of the invoice date.
