Derived from the the Muzzy racing program, this alternator kit is a must for anyone with aftermarket lights and other power hungry accessories. CNC machined billet aluminum brackets, spacers and drive pully set this kit apart from the rest in terms of quality , ease of installation and compatibility. The 55amp alternator provides more than enough capacity to keep the battery charged in the most demanding applications. A high amperage disconnect switch (not shown) is also included. This allows the alternator to be disconnected for battery charging.This kit is 100% compatible with the entire Muzzy Teryx exhaust line. It's also compatible with the Muzzy Teryx Dry Sump Kit. Designed for racing applications where the battery location varies, a connection cable is not included. Cables are readily available from most auto stores.
NOTE: Trimming of the stock battery compartment side plate is required.
