Teryx/Brute Force Big Bore Kits offer the engine builder an easy
way to gain
horsepower and torque.
Unlike other
kits on the market, the Muzzy kits include the bored cylinders. You
pay a cylinder core charge at the time of shipment that's refunded
as soon as we receive your cores.
The 800cc kit includes front
and rear bored cylinders (many kits don't), Muzzy 87.5mm pistons,
rings, pins, clips and gaskets.
The 840cc kit includes front
and rear bored cylinders, Muzzy 90mm pistons,
rings, pins, clips and gaskets.
 The 916cc kit includes front
and rear bored cylinders, Muzzy 90mm pistons, 6mm stroked crankshaft
(ion nitrided, dynamically balanced and micropolished) Carrillo® I-beam
connecting rods, rings, pins, clips and gaskets.
The Muzzy
Cams/Rocker Arms and Valve
Spring kit are highly recommended with
these kits.
 Also available
is a Muzzy Big Valve Head Assembly. This head has been machined
and welded to take full advantage of the larger big bore kits.
